Our servers are friendly, respectful, and appreciative of our customers and fellow workers. Duties include greeting customers, taking orders, delivering food to the tables, and cleaning the tables when the customers leave. In addition, light sidework duty is required before and after each shift. Our servers do not share tips.
Grill cooks prepare the food when the servers turn in their tables’ orders. Prep duties are required prior to and after each shift. Cleaning of the grill area and extensions of that area are required. Knowledge of health department requirements are necessary.
Our busboys clean tables, wash dishes, fill ice receptacles, and help put away groceries when delivered. Busboys assist with cleaning throughout their shift.
Kitchen cooks prepare the lunch and dinner specials for each day.
